Welcome to Reform Studio. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, pass, product or service, or attending our premises, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Cancellations
• All classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive credit back to your account.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in loss of credit.
• No-shows will result in loss of credit.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reform Studio operates with limited capacity. Our cancellation policy protects instructor time and members on waiting lists.
2. Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins.
If you arrive more than 6 minutes after the class start time, you will not be permitted to join the class.
This is for:
• Safety (you will have missed the structured warm-up)
• Respect for other members
• Flow and integrity of the session
Late arrivals will be treated as a late cancellation and the credit will be forfeited.
3. Membership & Pass Terms
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Introductory Packs expire 1 month from activation (first class booked).
• Single Class Passes are valid for 14 days from purchase.
• City Passes are valid for 3 months from purchase.
• Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended.
Reform Studio reserves the right to amend pricing, schedules or membership structures at any time.
4. Grip Sock Policy
Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes.
Grip socks are recommended for Mat and Barre classes.
This policy supports hygiene, safety and protection of equipment.
5. Health & Safety
By attending classes, you confirm:
• You are fit and able to participate in physical exercise.
• You have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy prior to class.
• You understand that Pilates and fitness activities involve physical exertion and participation is at your own risk.
Reform Studio and its instructors are not responsible for injury resulting from failure to follow instructions or disclose medical conditions.
6. Café Policy
All food and beverages consumed within Reform Studio must be purchased from the Reform Studio Café.
External food and drink may not be brought onto the premises, with the exception of personal water bottles.
This ensures:
• Fair use of seating
• Compliance with food hygiene standards
• The experience of our members and guests
Reform Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or request removal of external food items.
During busy periods, seating may be prioritised for café customers.
7. Retail
Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days if unused, unworn and in original condition.
For hygiene reasons, socks and certain wearable items may not be eligible for return.
Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
8. Corporate & Private Bookings
Corporate events and private bookings may be subject to separate contractual agreements.
9. Personal Belongings
Reform Studio accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
10. Amendments
Reform Studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By booking a class, purchasing a membership or attending Reform Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
